Bank Transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please transfer the amount directly to our account at Česká spořitelna:
Account Number: 6691621339/0800 (for payments in CZK from the Czech Republic).

Use your order number as the variable symbol. These details will be emailed to you after completing your order on our website. The order will be processed and shipped only after the payment has been credited to our account.

Credit Card

You can pay by credit card when collecting the goods in person.

Cash

Cash payment is also available when collecting the goods in person.

Apple Pay / Google Pay

These payment methods are available for in-person collection.

Shipping

All shipments are dispatched within 1–2 business days. The delivery time then depends on the conditions of the selected carrier.

Free shipping for orders over 2,000 CZK!

Shipping Options:

  • Zásilkovna – Delivery to a chosen pick-up point: 70 CZK
  • Zásilkovna – Delivery to your address: 80 CZK
  • PPL – Delivery to your address: 79 CZK
  • PPL – Delivery to a pick-up point: 59 CZK
  • In-person collection (free): Arrange a pick-up time with us in advance. We will prepare the available goods as quickly as possible and notify you once they are ready for collection.
