1. How to Care for Jewelry

We recommend avoiding contact with chemicals, dust, and sweat to prolong the lifespan of your jewelry. When not in use, store your jewelry in a dry place or seal it in the provided resealable bag included with your package. A silver polishing cloth is also included in the package for preventive care—gently wipe the jewelry after wearing it. 

2. Why Does Silver Turn Black?

Lab-created gemstones have the same chemical composition as natural gemstones. The only difference lies in their growth process—natural gemstones form over time in geological environments, while lab-created gemstones are grown in controlled environments using advanced technology.

This is a technique designed to enhance the durability of jewelry and effectively prevent fading or wear over time. 

7. What If I Need Gift Packaging?

Please contact our customer service team. The Premium Customization Series comes with a gift box by default. For the Fashion Series, you can upgrade to gift box packaging for an additional 150kc. 

8. Why Do Alloy Jewelry Pieces Turn Green?

This occurs due to the oxidation of copper within the alloy. Our alloy products use the latest plating technology to minimize this oxidation. However, we encourage proper care of your jewelry to ensure a longer lifespan. 

9. How to Order and Deliver the Haute Couture Collections?

For the Haute Couture Collections, please contact us at info@pandd.cz before purchasing. We will provide services tailored to your needs. A 40% deposit is required for custom orders, and the production process takes approximately 15 business days. 

- Production Locations: Colored gemstones jewelry is crafted in Seoul, South Korea; the natural pearl series is made in Busan, South Korea; Enameling and other vintage-inspired jewelry collections are made in Hong Kong.

- Delivery Options: For orders valued over 20,000 CZK, we offer personal delivery (limited to the Czech Republic) to ensure the safe transportation of your items.  10. Product Color Difference? Looks Different?
