We operate an e-shop on the website www.pandd.cz
For the purpose of selling goods and operating our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is mainly governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).
I. Processing of Personal Data
- Processing personal data when using the contact form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details provided to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: full name, phone number, email address, and billing address.
Why?
We will contact you via these details for further discussion regarding the goods, processing, and shipping of your order.
On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiations about a contract or measures taken prior to entering into a contract upon your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, your data will be processed for a maximum of 30 days from our last communication.
- Processing personal data in the case of a purchase
If you make a purchase, we will work with the data you provide to us. These primarily include billing details: name, surname, address, phone number, and email.
Why?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – deliver our goods to you. We will also use contact details to communicate with you regarding your order status, any complaints, or inquiries.
Furthermore, we will process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes or handling complaints and other matters).
On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of the service provision and subsequently for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
- Newsletters (commercial messages)
If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt out during the purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news updates.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, provided you did not opt out during the purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
For one year from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via email or by contacting us at info@pandd.cz.
II. Who has access to the data?
Your data remains with us. However, some companies or other individuals that assist in operating our e-shop will have access to the data. These include:
- The operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., headquartered at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID 289 35 675, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25395).
- Companies involved in goods shipment (e.g., PPL, Zásilkovna).
- Companies involved in payment processing (e.g., Shoptet Pay).
We process personal data only within the European Union.
III. What else should you know?
We do not have a designated Data Protection Officer in our company.
We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.

V. Your rights regarding personal data processing
The GDPR gives you the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, request access to these data, and have them updated or corrected. You can also request data processing restrictions, obtain a copy of the processed personal data, or demand data deletion in certain cases. In some instances, you may also have the right to data portability. Objections can be raised against processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or seek judicial remedies.
